Surgical Comfort and Micro-Climates
This is where the shift toward granular, room-by-room control changes the entire math of the home. When you stop trying to force a single, lumbering central unit to satisfy the conflicting needs of a sun-drenched attic and a damp basement, you stop designing for the “average” pilot.
